About Suzy
Suzy offers Energy Healing, 12 Step support and IFS informed Counselling, blending spiritual depth with practical insight.
Her work is centred on awakening to the Self, strengthening connection with Self, and supporting people who are ready to heal, transform, and realise beyond separation - the oneness that unites us all.
Suzy is a mystic and lifelong student of Consciousness with a Master in Creativity Counselling. For decades she has devoted herself to the inner path, studying with respected spiritual teachers and mystics spending the last 20 years immersed in Shanti Mission — a School for the Soul.
Her training not only spans a wide range of esoteric and healing traditions: meditation, mantra, chakra consciousness, energy healing, multidimensionality, shamanic journeying, the Angelic realms, parallel life exploration, Tarot, Astrology, Yoga, inner child , shadow work, the sacred Mysteries of both the Eastern and Western lineages but also has over 3 decades in 12 step recovery.

A clearing and uplift of the frequency of the chakras, auric field and visceral connection with the Light.
Our chakras are our subtle anatomy, designed to spin at high frequencies. When they become restricted by limiting beliefs, pain, illness, conditioning or trauma, our energy can feel heavy or stagnant and life doesn’t work so well. These sessions help restore flow, balance, and brightness. Clients often describe feeling lighter, clearer, open and more at ease.
